About Me

You don’t have to be an elite athlete to fall in love with running.

I didn’t come from a professional fitness background. I wasn’t always a runner. But once I discovered the trails — the forests, the hills, the peace — I never looked back. Road running faded away, and a love for movement in nature took over.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve guided groups and individuals through the trails of Wales, helping people find strength, clarity, and joy through running. I’ve coached grassroots football for children aged 4 to 13 for over 4 years, and I understand how to meet people where they are — whether it’s their first time moving or they're training for something bigger.

I’m a certified LiRF (Leader in Running Fitness) and currently working towards my CiRF (Coach in Running Fitness) and Level 2 Personal Trainer qualifications. I also hold experience in group fitness and youth coaching — and I absolutely love what I do.

Helping people, especially kids, build a foundation of fitness that supports both physical and mental health is why Wild Kindness exists. I’ve seen firsthand how screens are taking over, and how important it is to get kids outside, moving, and reconnected with the world around them.

I'm also vegan, and deeply committed to protecting the planet, which is why all Wild Kindness apparel is sustainable and ethically made. Nature gives so much to us — we have to give something back.

Whether it’s through fitness sessions, trail running, or a t-shirt that carries a message, my mission is the same:
To move wild, and live kind.
