About Me
I wasn't always a runner, and I certainly didn't start as a coach. Wild Kindness grew from a love of exploring trails, spending time in nature and helping others discover they're capable of more than they ever imagined.
Move Wild. Live Kind.
Wild Kindness was born from a simple belief: that movement in nature has the power to change lives.
It isn't about being the fastest runner or the strongest athlete. It's about stepping outside, discovering beautiful places, building confidence and enjoying the journey at your own pace.
Through trail running, outdoor movement and a welcoming community, Wild Kindness encourages people to reconnect with nature, embrace adventure and experience the physical and mental benefits of spending more time outdoors.
Whether you're taking your first steps on the trails or exploring the mountains you've always dreamed of visiting, the goal remains the same — to help you move with confidence, find joy in the outdoors and discover what you're truly capable of.
More Than Just Apparel
Wild Kindness apparel is inspired by a love of movement, nature and adventure. Every piece is designed for life outdoors, whether you're exploring local trails, coaching others or simply carrying the Wild Kindness philosophy into everyday life.
