Wild Kindness kids’ fitness sessions are fun, energetic, and rooted in respect for movement, nature, and each other. We're creating a safe and inclusive space for children to get moving, gain confidence, and build strong habits for life — all without the pressure of competition.
With over 4 years of youth coaching experience, I understand how to guide kids with energy, encouragement and patience.
