There’s nothing like running through the woods, over the hills, and down winding paths to find clarity, strength, and flow. My guided trail sessions are open to all levels — whether you’re new to trail running or looking to improve your technique, pacing, or confidence.

Backed by my LiRF qualification (with CiRF in progress), I’ve spent 7+ years helping people discover a love for trails — and we do it together, with support, care, and wild adventure.
